The location was excellent we were able to access public transportation easily from Rossio station. Very touristy area, so be prepared for that, but all of Lisbon proper is. The rooms were clean and very quiet. Some of the large doors stuck a bit when trying to close them in the room. But otherwise the room was clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast is available in the little room off the hotel lobby. It was fine but nothing fabulous.

The friendly staff. Good breakfast. The spacious family room. The location could be a plus for those who like busy areas. The wide selection of pillows (size, stiffness). The bathrobe and slippers.
The noise level as the room was facing the street ; the windows are not fully sound proof. The bed was hard. No parking - the closest one was approx. 55 euros a day (5-minute walk) ; The other one was almost 35 euros (15-minute walk).
