Lovely city break.

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The water etc in the minibar and the welcome wine and pasteis de nata were a pleasant surprise as were it the sparkling wine and chocolates on our final night. The room was quiet and comfortable and if we return to Lisbon we will stay here again.

A wonderful hotel in Lisbon

We really like the modern décor of the hotel, its location is perfect to explore Lisbon, complimentary mini bar is a big plus. Stuff was very friendly and check in was very quick. We will definitely to stay here again next time in Lisbon

The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

The location was hard to get to by car.

Convenient, comfortable, well located and definitely recommended

The location is excellent. The staff were very good and attentive. The breakfast was great. Are out but had the octopus and risotto and if that was an indication the meals will be excellent too.

You can't go wrong at the Santa Justa, terrific across the board

Location could not be better, within walking distance to many major sights, room was excellent, super bathroom, balcony with view, breakfast very good with hot and cold, staff was superb, special kudos to Nadia

The location was perfect and walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift and goodbye gift was a very thoughtful addition. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. We would come back.

Good location hotel.

The location was excellent. Many touristic sites are within walking distance. Most of the restaurants that we had booked were also coincidentally within about 10-20 minutes walk away too. Although the hotel was in a busy location, there was no noise or other interruptions inside the room. It was an ideal base for our first visit to Lisbon. There is also free minibar in the room which is replenished daily. We had juice, waters and beer daily. There is complimentary daily tea/coffee available at the restaurant in the afternoon. It is simple self service machine tea/coffees and some pastries.

The hotel location is in a lane which is not reachable by car. Our transport driver parked about a block away and kindly helped us wheel our luggage to the hotel. When leaving we also wheeled our luggage about a block to the road to be picked up by our transport driver. It is not a problem as such but just be aware that vehicles cannot directly reach the hotel.

Needing update to align with price.

Shower water pressure and location were exceptional. Hospitality gifts were nice.

Poor lightning in the unit, and dirty (stained) rug.

Amazing hotel and location - perfect for our family of five!

We were extremely pleased with how close the hotel was to all of our target sightseeing destinations. It was easy to walk to beautiful restaurants, the markets, squares, the seaside, shopping, chiado district, etc. The breakfast and coffee selection were excellent and full of variety. There were also some unexpected "feel good" touches like courtesy water/juice/pop in our fridge, welcome treats, etc.

Central location. Friendly staff.

Central Location but it is on a quieter street. Staff was very friendly and the little touches (items for kids, welcome natas, Easter chocolate, complimentary wine) were thoughtful and great! The pre-checkin communication was very good - messages offering enhancements, activities and restaurant suggestions.

Would have liked a bigger room for family of 4. The restaurant was nice with fado music but I have the impression that other fado groups perform more.

Would choose it again and reccomend to everyone!

Location was phenomenal, close to everything and on a strait road. coffee shops, the main street of shops, rossio square- all 5 min from the hotel. we were 3 grown ups and 2 kids- got 2 rooms with connecting door which was very comfortable, safe, mini bar with drinks- all free, nice clean bathroom, comfortable beds. very nice and helpful employees !!

the “view” from the window was the rooms and all the guests in the next very close hotel .. ( closing the curtain solved it), and the noise from the bars/ coffee shops on the street … I needed to use earplugs and that solved the problem.
