Location was great, right in the middle of the city overlooking a beautiful main square. We could go out onto the balcony and enjoy the bustle below, or shut the windows and hear not a thing. Great sound-proofing.
This is tricky as it could be a matter of taste. The hotel was very very dark, with some odd design choices. It felt a bit impersonal. Everything was comfy, eg the beds, but the overall feeling was that trying to be cool was taking precedence over other considerations.

Location was perfect close to everything. Huge Zara right close by. We got engaged and the hotel upgraded our room and decorated the room with beautiful ballon’s, flowers cake and champagne to congratulate us. It was very thoughtful and we really appreciated it.

Carpet in the hallway not properly put and very wrinkled.
Very dark in the room and bathroom.
