מיקום מעולה לשהות בליסבון

קבלת פנים מאוד לבבית עם קופסא של פסטל דה נאטה (קינוח פורטוגזי) על השולחן בחדר. החדר שקיבלנו גדול, מרווח ומאוד נקי, צוות שירותי ונעים, ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום מושלם!

Top Hotel für einen Städtetrip

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt, zum Rossio, zum Elevator S. Justa usw. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außerordentlich reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lisbon is beautiful, great city, accommodation and lack of sleep spoilt the whole trip.

Location

We were put in room 421, seemed a reasonable room until we went to sleep. We were woken numerous times throughout the night, every night (we stayed for 4 nights) at all times ranging from 2am until we got up at 8am, the sound of banging on the floor above doors slamming etc, we informed staff the first morning, and were told there was no room above us, we investigated later ourselves and there was no hotel room, however there was a locked room “staff only”, so must be some sort of store room, who knows what it was being used for at those times. We complained to the staff every morning and got at best a shrug of the shoulders, no offer to move us. Coffee , milk and sugar was never replenished each morning, we had to go to reception and ask. Budget hotels in the uk are a lot better. Made a complaint to booking.com and they’ve asked for “photographic evidence or documents” I’m not sure how you photograph noise or document it. Time to start using a different app I think.

Minunat, as reveni cu placere.

Am fost a doua oara la acest hotel, intrucât mi-a facut o bună impresie de la prima vizită. M-am simtit excelent si de data aceasta. Hotelul e amplasat intr-o zonă de interes turistic, aproape de gura de metrou. Ofertele de restaurante/terase sunt nenumărate. Camera a fost surprinzător de linistitită, având in vedere că geamurile erau orientate spre stradă, unde traficul de masini si tramvaie era destul de intens. Micul dejun foarte placut. Personalul de la recepţie si de la micul dejun a fost extrem de amabil si dornic să ajute.

Nu pot reproşa nimic.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nah bei Tram, Bus und U Bahn wenn mann diese denn braucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, bequem und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, nur der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein

Fin de semana en Lisboa, para media maratón

El hotel esta súper bien ubicado, en pleno centro. Las habitaciones están muy bien diseñadas, con todo lo necesario, están bien aisladas y no se oye ruido. Además las camas son comodísimas. Repetiremos seguro.

Really lovely, wonderful people.. and some sun in between the thunderstorms!

Excellent service from the staff, who were very helpful. Also very good to have the taxi service from the airport with a helpful driver, even though our flight was delayed.

Was a bit confused that we booked two rooms and there were twin beds as the booking form said 4 persons, even though we booked for 2 persons. The staff quickly put the beds together. I hope we weren't overcharged for this!

Comfort in the heart of the city

Location: right between Alfama and Baixa-Chiado. All the most important tourist attractions can be reached on foot. Very near to Rossio underground train station and to the first stop of the famous 28 tram. A 5-minutes' walk from Praça de Comercio, which is just another 5 minutes from Cais do Sodre, from where you catch the train to go to Belem. Room: very nice and perfectly clean. Staff: very professional and nice.

Exceptional

Hotel in a good location and handy to Metro. The staff were very helful with advice on restaurants etc. Hat tip to Matheu for booking our Fado dinner.

A bit too crowded at breakfast with some items running/run out.

Great location and breakfast, I would recommend it to anyone

The location was excellent, less than a minute from the main squares, tram stop, metro and busses. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection.

when I asked if there were more english breakfast tea bags, they said give us 5 mins, but 45 mins later when we left, there were still none.

Superb

They had double booked our room so we stayed at the sister property next door which was great. It was a 4 star hotel rather than a 3 star. The hotel itself is beautiful and has all the amenities. Perfect location that is central to everything important in Lisbon. My only two issues were; 1) the size of the room itself is tiny. We had to open the suitcase on the bed because it physically could not fit anywhere on the floor. 2) breakfast is not included and is an additional cost. Most places we've been it has been included so that was a little disappointing. Aside from that it is a great place to stay

Amazing Stay

Perfect location just minutes from all the main squares. The room was a good size and had an amazing view of the Castle. The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully decorated. This would be my first choice in location on returning to Lisbon.

Perfect stay in Lissabon, but eat breakfast elsewhere

Absolutely perfect location witin walking distance of most highlights and, if not, near the subway. Rooms are spacious and clean and very soundproof.

The breakfast was only so-so. We were here for a week, and the exact same breakfast was prepared every day. There was no variation what so ever, only (sometimes) in the pastries. The breakfast itself was kind of variated with bacon, eggs, beans, fruit, cereal and pastries, but a week of the same being offered every single day is kind of disappointing.

Very good location excellent to be with the family and do tourism

The location is very good and the cleanliness and attention of the staff excellent

The main problem we had in the room is that the air conditioning is controlled from the lobby and when we called to ask them to turn it on they only gave us an hour. We had to open the windows because of the heat, but the noise from outside woke us up earlier than we wanted

Nothing! We liked the hotel would recommend! FYI: nothing to do with hotel Just something I want to say /share about my Bad experience in SINTRA Don’t eat at RESTAURANTE A TAVERNA. Owner very rude and disrespectful to elders! They were not open yet but because they have outdoor seating/patio I sat down and when I noticed there was a waiter that saw me I asked him if I could just sit down in one of their chairs in the patio because my knee was hurting, waiter said they are close, I said I know you are close but we will wait cause when you open we want to eat here anyway, another guy came out apparently he was the owner, he told us to leave, I even said, can I just sit and wait till you open cause my knee is hurting, owner said leave cause I don’t care if your knee hurts. You are disturbing us he said. I even said I am sorry to disturb you , but owner didn’t care he was very rude! They just lost a customer who is willing to wait till they open. Restaurant is not friendly to elders and people with disabilities I guess. Go elsewhere more nice resto around anyways!

Worth the stay, but don’t rely on their Wi-Fi connection

Hotel is well located, room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was also nice.

The Wi-Fi connection is horrible. It failed all of the time and barely worked inside the rooms.
