Très bon rapport qualité prix, belle adresse

Super accueil, personnel adorable Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié, avec des jus de fruits frais différents tous les jours, du sucré et du salé. Literie très confortable Super emplacement Des petits gâteaux chaque soir délicatement posés sur une ardoise avec un petit mot de bonne nuit. Un petit mot la veille de notre départ...de belles petites attentions. Un code à retenir pour la chambre, ça évite de se trimbaler une clé ou carte

Manque d'aération car donne sur une cour intérieure fermée Le rideau de douche noir tout autour de la baignoire qui vient se coller à la peau, pas pratique du tout

Very pleasant stay.

The reception staff were so helpful and pleasant, they gave us lots of information on what to visit and how to get there, it was really helpful and very welcome.

Road works at the bottom of the road, which were noisy during the weekdays, but out of the control of the hotel. They didn't start too early and went on to 8pm.

Perfect stay for a perfect trip

Amazing decor and huge rooms (stayed in the deluxe suite). The staff were very welcoming and friendly and took time to explain everything and more. Great location in Santos - cool area and close to all the sights

Perfect as a solo traveller

The attention to detail that all of the staff put in including with the goodnight gifts, the breakfast and even giving good tips about where to eat as a vegetarian. Emily in particular for me stood out for me. She really helped me through out my trip but also when it was time to leave and I was struggling to get a bolt and had a train to catch. I definitely think there is a lot left to see in Lisbon and I would always recommend this place to stay.

Really excellent accommodations, far exceeded expectations

The inclusive breakfast was really fantastic, a little variety every day but the staples were all excellent. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. I LOVED the small nightly dessert plates, such a sweet touch. And the wine and cheese experience was so nice! I loved the red and bought a bottle. Overall far exceeded expectations

Not much to dislike at all. If anything the pillows were not that comfortable personally, but I often say that about most hotels compared to home.

A great find in an up and coming neighborhood!

We were greeted by warm and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was delicious.

Someone in the room above us had some kind of exercise machine that they sometimes used late at night. Very loud.

Very good

The staff were so friendly and we enjoyed the little personal touches to our stay: The cheese and wine they gave us one night was delicious. We also really liked the little cakes delivered to our room each night! The room was a good size, with a roomy closet. It was nicely furnished and the breakfast was good. The bathroom fittings were nice and modern.

Our room was a good size but a bit damp - especially when we woke up in the morning and after we showered. The shower cubicle was in the bedroom while the toilet and sink were in a separate room. The latch to the bathroom was on the outside of the door so you couldn't close yourself in for privacy.

Brilliant stay at the Lisbon Cheese and Wine Suites!

We had the Deluxe Suite which was a fantastic room! It was spacious with beautiful décor, huge balcony doors and a really cute bathroom. The breakfast setup was great, lots of choice and plenty available regardless of time (they served between 7:30am and 10:30am). We liked the hall setup with three different areas to eat, seating everyone at long tables so it felt like a residential school trip! The location was also excellent, and within walking distance of trains, major landmarks and plenty of food and drinks places.

The air-conditioning didn't work properly so the room was very hot at night time. It was difficult having the balcony doors open for some cool breeze because it was quite loud outside during the night.

This place is amazing. Staff, location, rooms, breakfast - ALL is great and worth its price.

Everything was just GREAT. Starting from the staff - they were super helpful, nice, friendly... Rooms are designed in a way, that you just feel comfortable and that there is nothing you need more, breakfast was amazing - fresh, tasty. I will definitely go back there.

There is absolutely nothing I didn't enjoy during the stay.

They left us little treats every night, they were super helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice and spacious

There was a lot of noise from people walking upstairs. This probably because the building is a bit older.

Highly recommended!

Top breakfast! Variety, quality, freshness, quantity, healthy breakfast. All staff is super. Highly recommend this place!

Sound insulation between floors would make the rooms even more tranquil. The location is very central, away from touristic lisbon and surrounded with all amenities and quality restaurants.

Brilliant location lovely rooms and atmosphere

Breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs made to order and all the extras tasted amazing and fresh! Staff were very friendly and helpful with top recommendations!

Great value for money

Breakfast was excellent, very rich and everything was fresh. All you can eat buffet. Room size was great, very big and spacious room. One lack of the room is that it was ground floor and facing the street, so It was noisy and times and didn't feel safe. The location is good, not city center but a nice walk, about 20 minutes from the centre, and lots to see between.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Towels weren't changed unless we asked for it. Room was a bit cold and the heating wasn't working well.

As an experienced traveler, I really like to chat with the people working in hospitialtiy. The receptionist from Brasil gave me some insight of how it is to live in Lisbon and some information on the concept of the guesthouse. So nice of him! I enjoyed staying here. And I will come back for my next break from Berlin. #loveLisboa

Very friendly staff, wonderful cheese , great service! I have met 5 staff all of them including cleaning team are all very good! Reception guy brought us handwritten card and handmade fresh brownies, really appreciate it! He is such a great one! Will stay there again next time! Sarah Sui from Ireland :)
