We sadly only took advantage of breakfast one of days we stayed but wished we had more than that. It was yummy, great selection, the kiddos has a lot to choose from. I loved the coffee machine and all the fun lattes and macchiatos. The location was far enough away from the center of town that it was not loud or annoying with tourists but we were able to walk or grab public transport to anywhere. I also enjoyed that there was food available there even later in the night. My kids LOVED the bunk beds and room. The staff was so sweet to them and us. SO helpful, we were moving internationally and had so many bags, they helped us all the way from the curb to the room. it was great.

A very cool hotel in a great walkable location - very Instagrammable! It is a 20 minute walk to the old centre of Lisbon and a 10 minute walk to the TimeOut Market for food & drink; in the other direction the LX Factory, museums and harbours for boat trips are also walkable. Big nightclubs are just over the road but not at all noisy for those not attending. The rooftop bar and pool are a real bonus - we loved it up there! We also made good use of the communal coffee machine on the landing and enjoyed our complementary pastéis de nata - nice touch.
Breakfast was busy (and we were rushed through at 9:30am after a wait for a table) as seating was limited and there were big queues for the coffee machine etc.

Great rooftop pool, lovely touch that they left a pastel de nata in the room on arrival !
Bedrooms do have a slight ‘hostel’ feel to them but bed was comfy and nice bathroom

Fantastic location in an environmentally friendly, very contemporary architecturally refurbished/designed hotel with cool interiors and vibe. The Lisbon Design Week was underway at the time we were there, and the hotel was a location where young artists showed their work in the rear courtyard which was lovely!
The service was VERY poor and unhelpful...or should I say just really inexperienced. The breakfast was non-existent, so the staff left a basket of stale croissants on the counter without any explanation.
