The property is quaint and charming loved it. The staff was exceptional very friendly and helpful with attending to our needs. They made several suggestions as where to eat and helped us with directions. The breakfast was next level … it is a must stay when in Lisbon. Thank you again Dear Lisbon Charming House🇵🇹

The location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants and easy access to the neighborhoods of interest.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. I felt like they truly cared about our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The space was comfortable and the rooms were everything we needed.

The property was central and close to everything including a tram just on the main road. They paid lots of attention to detail and hotel was pristine.

Staff were very nice.
Room was very different from the rooms in the pictures. Actually, it did not correspond to any pictures. Floor and paint in not great condition. Heating / airco with problems. Wifi did not work in the room and I had to work from there.
We "complained" and were told they were full and could only give us a smaller room at another hotel.
