Casa do Patio is a lovely hotel. The staff (all of them) was very nice and helpful. =) Upon arrival I was offered a coffee and some pastries. The room was beautiful and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Everything super clean. Great breakfast buffet (with very "generous" / convenient hours). Very good location. If you don't mind a little walk, everything within Lisbon center is within walking distance.
I had a wonderful stay and will for sure come back. Thank you Casa do Patio Team! :)

I loved the staff and the breakfast. Everyone was kind and sociable. They gave me a lot of information regarding the city, its history and how everything works socially. I loved the conversations. I was very impressed with the number of languages everyone knew and how friendly they were. The breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. The location was awesome. A close enough walk to all of the attractions (close to the tram as well) yet far enough where it was a quiet place to sleep. Great location! I understand why the reviews are so high here. They deserve them.
I plan on staying here the next time I return to Lisbon!
Rooms were a little small. But the beds were comfortable.

É um alojamento simpático no meio da zona histórica de Lisboa, renovado e com uma boa área exterior. As camas são confortáveis, o AC é bom e as condições do WC também são boas. O pequeno-almoço é bom e o staff é hospitaleiro. Ofereceram-nos umas iguarias da quinta do grupo e tinham sempre água disponível na receção.
Houve um problema de corte geral da água e, quando voltou, vinha suja mesmo após correr (possivelmente, o alojamento não tem qualquer culpa). O espaço exterior poderia estar um pouco mais cuidado em termos das plantas e da calçada. Os acessos a pé são duros se estiver calor ou viajar com pessoas com maiores dificuldades físicas, mas Lisboa é mesmo assim.

Overall a good stay. The inner court was cosy and conveniently secluded between buildings for a relaxing breakfast on the court.
The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.
The apartment was on the 4th floor with a narrow stair. Not the most practical if you have many suitcases, however, staff offered to help carry.
