The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a decent selection cold and hot foods. The water pressure and room decor was excellent and thoughtfully designed. It was very quiet.
The room was pretty small and we had no view (a big tree was right outside our window).

Cute hotel. Our room was tiny and there really wasn't room for two suitcases but it was clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff is amazing!

Location is excellent. Room was large, quiet, and we loved the style of decorating. The staff (especially Barsha) went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was delicious.
Our only complaint was the flat pillows and no mattress pad cover. We did ask for more pillows the last night and that helped a lot.

Location was perfect for our first time in Lisbon. Reaching out via WhatsApp was nice just after I booked, to confirm beds and arrival time.
The hotel was six floors and our room was on the top floor. It was a bit of a hike to go up and down six flights. The room was much smaller than others we have been in. I would pass on the hotel breakfast it was lackluster and 15euros, compared to 3 places around the corner all offering a variety of items. When we did have breakfast the eggs and coffee were made quite well.
