The location is great. Easy access to the main areas of interest in Lisbon
The reception. The reception staff are 'hidden' behind two large PC screen. So the welcome and interaction with the guests is very clinical. This is a pity and should be changed. there is no need for such large PC screens on a reception desk.

It’s friendly & helpful staff
Next to the Pink street which depending on which part of the hotel your room is, results in noisy night.

The staff were outstanding and really helped with restaurant recommendations, arranged a day trip for us and helped us with directions when we want to use public transit. Very helpful.
