We loved the decor. The Breakfeast place is so accommodating and complete. Huge bedroom, no air conditioner but very comfortable with the fan.
The Breakfeast door should be opened earlier. We had a few early tours to take and would like to have prepared a coffee before leaving the facility.

Oozes in history - styled to perfection, magnificent large warehouse size room, large shower internal to our room Estella - exemplary pressure and super clean, high ceilings, light with large windows and super breezy cool temp given one day was 38c. Location, Location steps away from esplanade, restaurants and pink street. staff super helpful and responsive - tidied room daily including fresh towels every second day. Thank-you - how blessed were we were to stay here. 🙏

The room was huge with really nice ventilation and comfortable bedroom, lots of storage and toilet although separate from the room it was super comfortable and spacious.
I loved the idea of making my own breakfast in the kitchen where all ingredients and utils are refilled and clean every morning.
Definitely booking this place again next time I visit Lisboa.

Well, almost everything that I didn't like was there in the description. So I should blame myself rather, but I definitely will not be returning. (1) The concept of having your private bath that you need to reach by exiting your room and crossing a common corridor isn't very appealing. (2) The rooms are facing a street with a very noisy traffic. (3) It's not that the location of the hotel building is awful, but any direction you chose to walk 5 minutes away from the hotel brings you to a much nicer place.
