A great boutique hotel within walking distance to many good restaurants.
There was no facility available for guests to freshen up ahead of a late departure, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this quality, I would expect some provision for guests to shower and change after checking out.
I was advised that the only option was to pay for an additional night simply to access a room for a shower, which felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, this took the edge off what was otherwise a great stay.

Breakfast was average, I was there twice in a month and the breakfast was the same every single day, kind of boring to be honest and not that much to choose from.
The fact they messed up my booking on the 2nd leg, I had my luggage saved there and I said I will be back next week and they checked and said yes. However, it seemed that the booking was for the following month and so when I returned they made me pay a non standard room rate for a standard room....... The manager then told me I was lucky to get an upgrade initially ... umm ... hello please check, I paid for a garden view etc ...... Will not be returning to this hotel and will not recommend either.....
