Great location.

There were very few amenities. No kettle, coffee maker was not very good.

fantastic

this apartment was pretty well perfect. the fitting was to a very high standard, spacious and stylish. you could see the arch from the window and the main square was 2 minutes walk. online check in worked perfectly

for a Northern European the apartment was a little bit dark

The best place to stay in Lisbon!

The premises was beautiful. Old world charm, yet also sleek and modern. Very comfortably furnished. Very close to transportation (2 blocks to all the buses!), and very close to the waterfront and the beach. Tons of cafes and restaurants on every block. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay… Also, the staff is absolutely amazing. accommodating to all my needs, very patient, very professional.

I wish I had more time to enjoy it.

Exceptional

It was quite hard to find the office to collect the keys and a 10 to 15 min walk to the apartment from there. However the apartment was spectacular and great value. Slightly miffed at having to pay for them to look after our cases on the day of departure, never had to do that before

Great location , spacious flat

The meeting point was far away from the actual flat which was a nightmare considering I was travelling with lots of luggage and by car. This meant having to park in two different underground car parks which took too much time and hassle. The flat is not well equipped considering it potentially caters for 6 people, kitchen wise. The tv did not work, there were two lamps without lightbulbs, and the air con was missing remote controls in some rooms. The lift to the flat is tiny which if you travel with lots of luggage means two trips up and the front door of the building is hard to open and gets stuck. For a lovely flat that it is, the windows are small and few and you miss the beautiful light of Lisbon as well as a view. I would not stay here again since I don’t think it’s value for money unless you stay in this flat with friends with a group.

Disappointing

The property has a lovely location. Convenient to the historic district and restaurants.

The check in and the property were very far apart! We had lots of luggage that had to be carried back and forth to and from the check in then to the apartment. Extremely inconvenient for travel. This was by far the most expensive place we stayed at during our trip to Portugal and were very disappointed. The apartment was suppose to have an air conditioner on each level, they were broken. When we told the front desk people that they were broken upon check out, they told us that they already knew that before we even checked in. Would never use again.

Stunning apartment in excellent location

Stunning apartment in a beautiful city, soothing modern decor, spacious rooms, full set of modern appliances. Superb location close to restaurants/cafes/bars/shops. Within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.

Terrible. No working air conditioning.

I would rather have just received a door code rather than meeting the host at a separate location. There was no working air conditioning during record heat. The noise outside made it difficult to sleep with open windows.

Great location 3 bedrooms , kitchen , washing machine etc Lovely area - close to everything Lift up to apartment

Only one sofa and two not very comfortable armchairs for 6 people Would be nice to be able to all chill together comfortably But this wouldn't stop me booking it

Very good

Overall this property was wonderful. The lcoation was great and the check in process was very smooth. Just a few things to point out - the shower on the top level was clogged and overflowed onto the floor. There were no hairdryers anywhere that we could find............ Overall - the property is very spacious, clean and a great location.

Staying here makes a perfect Lisbon experience

This place was far bigger and more beautiful than anything I expected for the price in this prime neighborhood. It’s huge, we’ll-appointed, well-equipped, and spanking clean. The beds are super comfortable, and the “rain” shower attachment had good pressure and felt great. WiFi is fast, and the smart TV worked well. And the location! on a relatively quiet street a block from the water, steps from the most convivial part of Lisbon’s beautiful and vibrant downtown.

We loved everything. The nearest municipal parking is a couple blocks away, but it’s easy to pull up in front and drop passengers and bags, then park. There’s an elevator.

Property location is very close to Centre so very comfortable but don’t expect it to be super clean.

It could have been more clean. There was a bad smell coming out of the shower drains. When I sent a WhatsApp message no one answered.

Super comfy apt. Loved it. Just clear up it isn't accesible for everyone because of the longstairway

Location wise perfect, cleanliness, design of the interiors and very luxe finishes including kitchen appliances.

Big stairway when you enter and have heavy luggage.. also did not have a laundry.

Very good

The location is unbeatable and the property is well designed.

Could hear neighbors at 3-4 am having a party. The walls are thin and rules we’re not enforced. The walk to check in was also inconvenient during the hottest part of the day.

Great Apartment for a family, excellent location. Centre of Lisbon!

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area. Great for family. Filled with all amenities needed ie washing machine, iron, microwave and oven etc. Excellent location too, right in the centre of Lisbon and walking distance from the main attractions and shops. Barely ever needed a taxi as everything was so close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great location, easy to access.

Great location. Very organised, easy to find and easy to get into. Lift to the 5th floor.

Shower in 2 bathrooms leaked onto floor. A little dark inside as few windows.

Lovely, spacious, well located apartment. Highly recommend

The apartment is in a great, central location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the sea. The apartment itself was really spacious, well equipped and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to others.

Great visit once we checked in! Lisbon a beautiful city and apartment superbly located!

Great location, very comfortable and spacious apartment.

Very bad experience checking in. Apt on 5th floor, lift broken since December, we only got informed late the night before. Had paid for a transfer from airport and were brought to different address. Lots of hassle dealing with this company!
