I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised air conditioning as I was pregnant when I was there. I wasn’t informed it was broken until after check-in, leaving me with no opportunity to book elsewhere. There was no remedy for the entire four-night stay. One loud fan is not a substitute for AC, and the apartment remained around 27°C overnight. Communication from the owner was poor, my concerns were largely ignored, promises to fix the issue were never followed through, and no compensation or accountability was ever offered. I paid for an apartment with air conditioning and did not receive what was advertised. Completely unacceptable.
