Absolute rip-off and way too loud to enjoy our stay

Good location in town

A lot: - it was not clean on arrival - there was construction on all sides of the unit all day starting at 8:00 - unbearable noise - pictures not like the apartment - both internally and of the road - terrible comms from the management; only requesting the tourism tax hours before the check in and not giving any details until we had paid

Don’t stay here - nothing like photos and terrible management service

We were really disappointed with this stay and would not recommend it to anyone. We booked a split stay, with a break in the middle for cleaning. On arrival at the unit, we were sad to see construction everywhere - the area looks nothing like the photos and we felt that the owners are mis-representing to clients. The noise was awful and this should be reflected in the cost. The worst thing was that the mid-stay clean was never done and we checked in for the second time with no cleaning having been done. They dismissed this as normal! When we complained neither booking nor the owner were sympathetic. We would not recommend at all.

Passable

Great location, near the old town. There is a metro station 200 meters from the property. The apartment is really basic but it was fine for us as we use it only at night.

The host wasn't really helpful. We received the apartment really late (like two hours late), we where in a hurry because we had plans for the evening. She let us into the apartment se we could leave hour luggage there in the one room that was ready.

the apartments were very spacious and clean. beautiful location

the pillows weren’t great at all unfortunately and we were unable to use the shower in one of the flats as it didn’t drain properly. Other than that it was great

Well situated but surrounding buildings are under construction. Do not expect to sleep after 8 am

Showers were blocked, dishwasher was out of order. Attemps for fix this were unsuccessfull.

Grateful to have a comfortable space for the family as we explored Lisbon.

The property's location was one of the highlights of our travels to Lisbon. Centrally located and close to major attractions like the Alfalma district, the Se de Lisboa, Arco da Rua Augusta, Miradouro das Portas do Sol and the Tagus River. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable for our elders and children to explore on their own with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants within a few minutes walking out the door of the apartment from various directions. There are enough beds to host a family of 8, lots of closet space, a washer/dryer and a kitchen to prepare homemade meals.

Hmm...not much to complain about but here are some suggestions to make the experience better: - More colorful decor or plants in the apartment would be a nice touch. - Up-to-date information about how to use new appliances and expectation for clean-up in the manual would be helpful so everyone is on the same page. Overall, the apartment was a blessings for our family and made our trip very special.

Nice family stay in the heart of downtown Lisbon

The whole apartment was very cozy and confortable. It was adequate for a family of two adults and 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls). They still miss their stay and remember it nostalgically. All rooms have A/C heater fit in, the kitchen and the kitchenware were very functional and complete as my spouse was delighted with the stove/oven and the built-in fridge / washing machine and dishwasher. The TV signal was not working at the beginning but with the help of the support staff, the loose cable problem was easily resolved on the same day. The dinner table and the sofa bed were very nice additions to the mix. The WC with the bathtub was my little girls' preferable one and they would spend hours on it. The other WC with the shower was mine and my wife's favorite. The beds and their linen were clean and confortable as downtown Lisbon's street noise would not even disturb our sleep. Much recommended for family and group stays.

The garbage collection should be done in a compartment close to the building rather than having to walk to the nearest dumpster to throw it off. There should be an alternate process to provide the apartment lock code to clients with no Internet access on their mobile phones on check-in / arrival.

Place is exceptionally good, near some objects of interest and fado restaurants. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Wardrobes did not have got shelves to put clothes during our stay time

Terrible, I felt in an unsecure and dirty place.

just location

cleaning, maintenance, not enough towels and pillows for all guest. TV never works. Building looks like abandoned and the only apartment in use was this one, all buildings around in construction. A lot of mold, including in pillows. AIR CONDITIONERS WERE NOT CLEAN IN DECADES AND only one control working for 4 ac’s

Disappointing

Location is good, beds are comfy and suitable for a large group. Allowed early check in which was great!

Apartment as a whole is a little run down in comparison to the pictures, not as new and modern. There was a party in the apartment below who were also argumentative and coming to the door when we asked them to keep noise down. They informed us they live there. There was endless construction. I wish we had of knew as would not have booked - the noise was awful the whole holiday.

The location of the apartment is good

We found a chewing gum and a mask in the mattress of the sofa bed. Even in a normal situation is kind of disgusting but in this pandemic period is not acceptable at all. The design of the apartment is modern but in some part is not well made, in particular the bathrooms. It seems that was completed in a hurry

Exceptional

The place was very clean, super close to a lot of landmarks, very spacious and safe because of the code-based access both in the building and the room. We also enjoyed the kitchen, because it was equipped with everything and we could cook our own meals.

pillow cases didn't have a cover in one of the rooms and where not comfortable at all. When we wanted to use the kettle many switches stop working. i don't think the place is safe.
