Overall it was a great experience, great apartment with great location. Also very kid friendly. Host was very thoughtful

Location was great, apartment was clean and organized.

The social bathroom can get messy very quick when you are showering. The water licks creating a mess.

Great position but mold smell everywhere

The apartment is located in the city center, very convenient for all the major attractions. For sure the position is the best in the area.

The main problem with this apartment is the severe humidity and persistent mold smell, which is noticeable immediately upon entering. Despite being renovated, the apartment clearly has structural humidity issues, likely within the walls. Both bathrooms lack proper exhaust or ventilation, which causes moisture to accumulate continuously. As a result, the humidity spreads throughout the entire apartment. The mold odor is present everywhere and makes it very difficult to sleep comfortably. In the morning, clothes and fabrics feel damp due to the excessive moisture in the air. Although a dehumidifier is provided, it is far from being an effective solution and does not resolve the underlying problem. The humidity and mold smell remain constant.

Disappointing and over priced.

Location is the main reason to stay at this apartment - it is very central and close to the popular areas / sights.

This apartment is poorly maintained and very expensive considering the poor state of the property. The air conditioning did not work in all rooms and leaked onto the floor of the kitchen living room. One of the windows did not close properly and so the property is not secure. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathrooms are poor - the showers flood, the plugs are broken, the drains are blocked and the decoration is horrible. The parquet floor is loose and poorly maintained. The whole place is a very poor standard for what the owners charge. Other than location, I would not recommend staying here.

Could be an excellent stay if it was kept nice and clean.

The location, the size, everything working in the kitchen.

The cleanliness, the smell, air conditionings not working (half of them), overall feel of a rundown place.

La ubicación, la amplitud y que había aire acondicionado

El lavavajillas no funcionaba. A uno de los baños le vendría bien una cortina. En las esquinas de los baños había humedad. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un bajo y las ventanas dan a la calle (no justo a pie de calle pero casi)

Proximidade ao centro de Lisboa, restaurantes, lojas, restaurantes proximos. O apartamento tem aspecto novo, com elevador e todos os utensilios para usar durante a estadia.

Devem melhorar sobre o escoamento de agua nos banheiros, pois entope com facilidade. Local bom para pedrestres, mas nao pode entrar com carro (por proibicao da prefeitura), mas ha estacionamento publico proximo.

Que no funcionaba el lavaplatos, al poner en marcha la tostadora saltaban los automaticos, el sofá cama incomodisimo y el acceso al apartamento sin palabras
