Friendly and welcoming staff, allowing an early check in as the room was ready.
Great central location for lots of food/dining choices and shopping.
Nice, modern, clean room.
Appreciated that our room was facing the courtyard, much quieter than the rooms facing the street.
Liked relaxing in the courtyard peace and quiet with a glass of wine.
Quality and presentation of restaurant food was excellent (but a bit pricey).
Overall, we recommend the LWH and would gladly stay again.
Top floor room was noisy from roof mounted mechanical services, likely the restaurant kitchen exhaust fan. It did get shut off around midnight, then it was quiet.
Bathroom door and shower door clashed, bad design for access. Needs a re-think just for better and safer usability, such as remove the bathroom door entirely.
Water pressure was poor from the rain shower.

The staff was EXCELLENT, VERY HELPFUL, and ever so KIND. The room was lovely and very clean. This is an very good hotel.
