The staff was the best- Silvania, Afanso, Ines, Kieta, Joac, Pedro were exceptional at the reception. Niraj and Yuvraj were in the cafe were great

Highly recommend, room was fantastic, more importantly staff very helpful and friendly, could not fault at all, in-fact wanted to book another night and they were booked out.

We had a great time at My Story Rossio hotel! You were all so amazing.. helped so much and answered all our questions .. we would definitely stay here again💯%..

location was great we were able to commute with no problems.. Breakfast was delicious and the people were so friendly..

Good location next to city centre and main tourist attractions.
Nice interior design.
Rooms are extremely small, including in height on the top floors. Breakfast room is too tight with no proper room for the buffet and seating areas, and the food variety was poor.
Rooms are so tight I had to move furniture around to open the cupboard door every time. The fact the cupboard doors opened to the wrong side (against the wall) did not help.
Also experience some noise at night.
