The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was nice and clean. One issue was that there were only 6 hangers in the very small armour. No place to put your folded clothes/had to live out of your suitcase. The other issue is that a change of breakfast options would have been great.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage to be stored. When we returned, the luggage was in our room. Well located near the train station for our trip to Sintra. Breakfast was excellent. They made great arrangement for us to pick up our rental car at the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely square conveniently around the corner from the train station for our visit to Sintra. Good restaurants nearby.
