Location and room layout
There wasn’t ventilation in the bathroom resulting in musty smell over the course of the week because of wet bathing suits etc. Carpet was dirty. Our feet were dirty if we walked around without footwear.

Location is amazing. Staff really good too. Pool area is stunning, but the pool slightly too deep to relax for my 11 year olds.
The rooms are dated. Do not expect usb points for charging.
Not anyone’s fault, but they had issues with electricity and water and had to shift everyone out of the hotel to another VIP chain hotel. We were moved to an amazing sister hotel which made Eden look dated. Cannot fault the staff under the circumstances. If Eden rooms get a facelift, this would be an amazing hotel.
