An excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations!
The location is superb, close to the metro and the train station (ideal for day trips to places like Sintra), and within walking distance of restaurants, main squares, and plenty of shops.
The room was pleasant and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed, a coffee machine, and a spacious shower. The windows provided excellent sound insulation, and despite facing the main street, we didn't hear a thing.
The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help when our suitcase unfortunately failed to arrive. They provided us with a toothbrush and toothpaste, helped us deal with the shipping company, and kindly kept our suitcase safe when it finally arrived late.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the menu remains the same each day, there is a wide selection of products, allowing us to put together a slightly different breakfast every morning. The made-to-order egg station was a particularly nice touch. One small suggestion for improvement would be to have a barista preparing coffee to order.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. If we return to Lisbon, this will undoubtedly be our hotel of choice!

The hotel is in extremely good position, the train station is nearby so convenient for travelling, but also in a good position between between Alfama and Bairo-Alto, two historical parts of Lisbon. Really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful! Much appreciated for a pleasant stay in the hotel!
We asked for a room to inside garden, hoping to have less noise. In the end it was a reconstruction going on and workers started at 8:00 am. However we understand its difficult to avoid constructions if these are taking place in nearby buildings..

Hotel is a stunning hotel we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location easy to walk to main attractions, and the metro close to catch to get to other areas and easy to use.
