The Apartments are located pretty central, with a 10+ minute walk into the centre of town. There are a good selection of restaurants dotted along the way to enjoy and stop off at. While in a built up area, its extremely quiet.
The Apartment itself is very clean, excellent comfortable bed, kitchen, nice bathroom and beautiful view of the pool and garden. The garden is a lovely oasis in the centre of town. We enjoyed our stay at the Apartment and the staff made it extra special.
There's a daily cleaning service also, so this really is more like an Aparthotel. The 24 hour welcome from reception staff was great when arriving at a late hour.
There were a few minor points to consider.
There is only one comfortable chair to sit on in the apartment, so when there's two of you, one has to sit on the bed. It's a no brainer, just to add another chair, as its an apartment catered for two people. This meant you tended not to spend too much time in the apartment relaxing, which was a shame. Also, the balcony is only a Juliet balcony, so no room for sitting or relaxing
There is a lack of plugs beside the bed, for charging your phone. You have to plug out the bedside light in order to do this.
There's a lack of storage in the bathroom, as there's nowhere to put your toiletries by the sink or in the shower. Shelving or a shower tidy in the shower might help.
There's also a €100 deposit in cash taken at check in. Once the room is checked by housekeeping, the deposit is returned on check out.

The location is excellent in a quiet street just off the main avenue in Lisbon, giving easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants and all tourist attractions.
The staff are excellent, the property is kept very clean and there is daily room service, there is 24 hour concierge service, the garden is a wonderful place just to relax ... with the pool being an added bonus to help cool down.
The kitchen area is adequately supplied with all that is needed for eating in the room - if that is what you want.
The air conditioning ensured we were never too hot when in the room.
Perhaps a bigger TV and some comfortable chairs in the room should we have wished to stay in during the evening ... but we didn't use the TV or sit in during the evening so that did not bother us.
The information provided when we booked referred to a balcony and to city views. In reality the balcony is about 30cm wide - so not really useable as extra outside space and there is a view of a side street, not what I would call a city view!

Modern, clean, comfortable, quiet. Kitchen was great. Complimentary bottle of water, thanks it was hot. Very good air con. Staff were outstanding.
Could have done with some basic cooking sundries, oil, salt & pepper. Only one comfy chair to sit in.

Nice rooms with balconies in central location.
Inflexibility regarding date change. Swimming pool not saltwater, but (heavily) chlorinated, and not heated.
