The hotel facilities were beautiful overall. Swanky decor, very clean and modern. Also very accommodating for my 21 month old daughter. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The staff was beyond exceptional in every way possible. From the moment I walked in to the time I checked out, every member of the staff was willing to help make my stay memorable. Even a late night glass of wine at the hotel bar was great because I never felt alone or like a guest. I felt like family. I would recommend Bessa to anyone! By the way, there are sitting areas that are very cozy and inviting.

The hotel room was very nice and clean, and it was clear that it was well cared for. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was not very effective. The thermostat could only be set as low as 19°C, and the room remained quite warm during the hot days. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Great location in the center of Lisbon. The hotel and my room were lovely. I also had good interactions with the hotel team working when I checked in & checked out. My only note on this hotel is, the shower and bathroom floors are tile and very slippery when wet. Anyone with mobility issues will have to be very careful in the bathroom. The hotel did provide a small anti-slip mat in the shower for safety.
