We loved how authentic and full of character the hotel felt. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was lively and great for exploring Lisbon.

The receptionist, David, was excellent, with great customer service skills, and extremely helpful in recommending tours and transport, especially since I was travelling alone. Also, one of the cleaners was excellent; she was so helpful and welcoming
