Great location, cute hotel. Breakfast was fabulous.
The shower situation is COMICAL. A clear shower in the middle of the room with no privacy. This was NOT shown in the pictures for this listing. Absolutely ridiculous and false advertising. I stayed with my sister and this was awkward! So stupid.

Location was great. Breakfast was good
Room was very small and the shower was tiny

The location is excellent, especially for anybody with an interest in Lisbon trams (the hotel is served by three trams routes and tourist trams also pass by). The building is well maintained and the staff were friendly.
The Wi-Fi was intermittent at best throughout our stay. One day or poor connectivity might be forgiven (things happen to even the best hotels) but the fact that the problem was allowed to persist for as long as it did did not impress us at all. All those favourable reviews of the breakfast are essentially correct (the selection is good) but they fail to mention that the serving area is both small and poorly designed. At peak breakfast just getting to the food was a bit of an ordeal. And the toaster clearly needing replacing with something more reliable.

Location. Very convenient to everything
Our room was in poor condition.
No room for our luggage
Had to crawl over bed @ times to get to bathroom. Sink was ridiculously narrow - could bump face trying to wash face or teeth
