The building interior is gorgeous, the room was very spacious, clean and modern. Fantastic bed and shower. Location couldn't be beaten.

Room 4 on the 3rd floor. Simple but elegant. Breakfasts were a pleasure. I made a point of getting down as you opened, to enjoy the peace of the lovely room before it filled up. All very good.
A small wish list if ever one could top perfection . . . . a room safe for valuables, and pillows that we slightly more comfortable.

Noise from outside- even through excellent glazing. During the day the buskers in the square had really loud amplifiers. At night screaming drunks from the pubs who were serving cheap booze. It’s a shame as the city is fabulous but being spoiled by noise 🥵

Great location, beautiful old building, simple room but very clean and with air conditioning. Breakfast in a nice setting with live piano music every morning!
Couldn’t keep the window open because of the inner court noises. The two-bed rooms are oriented towards the inner court so no view, but the room is very quiet with the window shut.

It was the hotel out of a dream! It was our first stay in Europe and they exceeded our expectations. The location was right in the middle of a beautiful square that our room looked out to. It was maybe 600 feet away from the metro as well but you could easily walk from the location. The hotel itself was so beautiful and had so much character. Our room made us feel like we were staying in a castle with the beautiful yellow and blue. The best part of our stay was by far the breakfast atmosphere. There was a live pianist, the breakfast room had beautiful windows that natural light poured in, and they served every breakfast item you can imagine on incredible display. The memories of eating breakfast there will forever be some of the best memories on my trip. Can't recommend enough!!

Comfy beds, attentiveness of staff, lovely plentiful and wide selection of breakfast and lovely ambience with the piano player each morning, cleanliness of rooms and excellent location. Fresh tea and coffee available whenever we wanted at reception. Free shuttle service from airport to hotel provided by booking,com.
Our Room with window facing the aircon units with little natural light in the room. Other rooms were available however with nicer views. Breakfasts could start a little earlier say 7.30 am instead of 8 am ito allow those people to have a decent breakfast before taking excursions which usually start at 8.15am, although a breakfast bag was offered., and provided.

Hotel was great and our room overlooking the square was fabulous. Great location and easy to get around, Staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and they even provided a boxed take away breakfast the morning we left, because we were too early for regular breakfast time. Would definitely stay here again.
We would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in our room.

Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful during my stay. The location is amazing and you're short walk from the main squares. The breakfast is also quite good with a lot of options and fresh food.
You can hear the tram at night depending on your room. Wasn't too loud so no issue for me.

The breakfast was excellent; the staff was exceptional in making my stay pleasant; overall a great experience.
Lots of outside noise, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. I know you cannot control the loud drunks outside but it did make those nights more unpleasant when trying to get to sleep before 3am.

This is an exceptional hotel with a great location, wonderful staff and an incredible breakfast selection. There was so much to see in this area of Lisbon. It was beautifully decorated hotel and we loved staying here!

Everything was perfect , location could not have been better , public transportation all around , right on a main plaza , we walked pretty much everywhere from this location as it is in the middle of the old town , everything was clean and staff was great .Breakfast always had plenty of options . We also did the fado night at their other hotel i highly recommend it as well it is right around the corner and was well worth it.

Location is near to green line metro and bus.
We were there at 14:55 and ask us to wait 10 minutes to prepare our room, it should be ready before 15:00( check-in) and we waited more 1/2 hour that we should check in, otherwise all good

The location of this property is excellent. It is on the transit routes and is easy access to the Lisboa sites by foot, bus, metro or trolley. The breakfast was a delight and surpassed all expectations. With an array of options from freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. It set the tone for the day ahead.
All the staff were welcoming, helpful and always friendly. We arrived late and staff arranged an airport transfer which was truly appreciated.
The bathroom was smaller than expected but still functional for a few days stay.

Gostei de tudo! A localização para quem se desloca dentro de Lisboa é excelente, o atendimento é muito bom com pessoas muito simpáticas e que partilham bastante bem informação sobre a cidade, curiosidades, possibilidades de turismo, etc. Tudo bem arrumado, limpo, cuidado. Musica boa ao pequeno almoço, com um pianista a tocar enquanto se desfruta da comida preparada. Quartos limpos e confortáveis, com casas de banho boas, limpas e cuidadas.
A entrada a qualquer hora sem problemas, sem necessidade de incomodar para entrar, mas sempre com alguém esperando na recepção.
Espaços cuidados e muito bonitos, com decoração simples e bem apresentada.
A única questão é que o espaço de refeições não tem muitas mesas, e quando todas as pessoas descem no mesmo horário, não tem mesas para todos.
No entanto, nem assim foi uma má experiência pois sempre tem um local confortável para tomar esta refeição, e os funcionários foram super prestáveis a ajudar e criando boas experiências.

I am coeliac and the hotel were superb at breakfast serving me with a separate plate of gluten free bread, cake and cookies 10/10. Lots of gluten free items for breakfast which was lovely. Fantastic location and my favourite hotel whilst in Lisbon. Staff super friendly and helpful.

立地が良かった。空港から地下鉄を使い、重いスーツケースを持って移動したが、スムーズに到着することができたし、夜の外出にも問題なく、真夜中までファドハウスで過ごしたがすぐ帰ってくることができた。ホテル前の広場に市電２８番が停まり観光にも最適。また、朝食を朝日の入るサロンで気持ちよくとることができた。ピアノの生演奏があり、ゆったりした特別の時間を過ごすことができた。体調不良の状態でチェックインしたが、スタッフの対応が親切で安心して泊まれた。
入口が、およそホテルというイメージではなく、どうやって入るのかわかりにくかった。たまたま、中から出てきた人がいたので扉が開き入ることができたが、初めて訪れる外国人には難しい。この扉にルームカードをタッチして開けるのも説明がないと難しいので最初によく教えてほしかった。また、立地のため仕方ないとは思うが、部屋があまりに狭く、特にバスルームは狭小で使いづらかった。洗面台は航空機内のトイレの手洗いを思わせる小ささだった。

L accueil est parfait petit déjeuner compris avec du choix pianiste pendant le petit déjeuner qui joue c est agréable
L hôtel est décoré avec goût et il y a toujours une très bonne odeur (diffuseur de parfum d ambiance )
En face un second établissement partenaire avec soirée Fado/restaurant à réserver depuis l hôtel dans un très beau palace d époque ainsi qu un espace détente spa/massages
Le gérant Serge un français nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites
nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour une semaine
Je recommande cet établissement
La taille très petite de notre chambre ainsi que de la salle de douche …. Il faut un peu se faxer derrière la porte pour la refermer ainsi que le manque de rangements….. certaines de nos affaires ont dû rester dans la valise …mais ce n est pas bien sûr le plus important pour un court séjour il existe quelques chambres plus spacieuses mais à des prix forcément plus élevés

Maybe the fact that we had to pay extra 5 euros to leave our luggage for the day of checkout, it used to be included in every hotel I went to
