Excellent location in the heart of Chiado — probably the best part of the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and Lisbon was easy to explore on foot. Having a luggage storage room was very convenient, especially after check-out.
The main downside is the lack of an elevator and the many stairs, which is difficult with heavy luggage.

Location is super city centra, and quiet area. Everything is new. Big bathroom, super shower water.
We would like normal dinner table, not bar table. Kitchen stuff is poor, nothing salt pepper oil etc. for cooking. Wi-Fi very poor if who needs it. We use our own Wi-Fi.

Perfect location, you're right in the middle of the city. The room is clean, nicely decorated with a working AC. There is a small fridge in the room.

Nice location
No elevator. We had to climb really high stairs with heavy suitcases.It said our apartment was on third floor but it was actually fourth floor because they didn’t mention one more floor underneath.Also they had no luggage storage on the first floor. Extremely uncomfortable experience.
