The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a great shower, aircon, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
We slept really well the beds were comfortable with lovely pillows and bedding.
Room service was daily providing fresh towels, coffee pods and bottled water.
BUT the thing that makes this hotel are the wonderful staff, so friendly, the hotel has a 24hr reception so there was always someone to welcome us each morning and evening.
Miguel was amazing! Each morning he was there to give us recommendations of things to do and places to visit, he was always interested and listened to what we had done each day. Honestly, I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff are at this hotel.
I would one million % recommend this hotel, you won’t regret it 😊

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Air-conditioning very important as it was very hot. Mini fridge for keeping drinks cold. Very clean, room cleaned each day with new towels.
Location - lots of hills to get to the hotel when using public transport. No elevator in the hotel. Pillows need to be replaced.
