The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
No AC!!! I must have missed that when I booked.

excellent location, comfortable bed, pleasant staff and for being on the first floor and next to the breakfast area, it was still rather quiet.
wifi connection was not very good, shower in the bathroom room leaked all over the floor.

- Great location. Most attractions are a short walking distance away. Tram 28 stops around the corner
- Straight forward check in / check out
- Friendly receptionist staff
- Comfortable bed
- Two complementary mini bottles of desert wine were in the room which was nice
- Photos advertised appear to be altered / edited as the room and bathroom were a bit rough around the edges in person. There was scuff marks on the floor, dirt around the sink faucets, specks of black mould on the walls underneath the windows
- Cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the mornings. There was one morning where they were shouting down the corridor to one another for a long period of time which was quite disruptive
