Great location, easy to access and a nice aesthetic as well as being clean and tidy. Pedro and Madalena were exceptional and so helpful from start to finish, would recommend and would love to come back.
Our entrance was right by a local bar where sometimes people were smoking on the step outside so was a bit awkward when arriving/ leaving on busy evenings.

The area is very close to a lot of places to eat including time out market
I didn't like the fact we were promised a room and last minute that was changed. I brought up an issue with the staff and it wasn't handled well.
