There was a lovely guy that worked during the day that was really chatty and bubbly, the room was clean, comfortable and the location was fantastic.
On the first day of arrival, not being able to check in early there was no soap in the bathroom downstairs and was expected to use sanitizer until I asked for access to a room to wash my hands. The breakfast quality wasn't the best...

The location is fantastic, and breakfast was brilliant. The staff that checked us in were were welcoming
Aircon didn’t work the first day and then it is centrally
Controlled so we had to ask them to turn it up or down.

Great staff on reception & perfectly located for all attractions
Peeling wallpaper with stains across
Poorly fitting plumbing in the shower so leaks springing out, a smell of drains in the bathroom and paper thin walls so you could even hear someone’s phone just on vibrate in the next room
