The house and grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The hosts are on site and are a lovely couple, very helpful and accommodating, was nice talking with them. I will definitely be coming back. The Norwegian bbq and hot tub make the garden even more delightful, there was an endless supply of wood to keep these going. The kids loved the rope swings, the ponies and feeding the chickens. They loved exploring in the woods and down by by the river. The town has shops near by, walking distance really, including a bakery and a chippy. Loads of places to visit within driving distance.
We had no complaints.

The gardens and grounds are just beautiful. A true rural retreat! The house is well laid-out, cosy, warm and well-equipped. Lovely, attentive hosts. Wood burning hot tub is the icing on the cake!

We all really enjoyed the hot tub and beds were so comfy and it was a great touch the hosts took the kids for a pony ride in there own time and to pick grapes from the vines .
There is not really anything that i didnt like about it. It has a old country feel to it and has everything you need to have a great stay.
