I can fault Pamela and her staff. Upon arrival she took her time to explain everything that matters whilst visiting Cuenca. Her place felt very homely, it was impeccably clean and close to the bus terminal and all the attractions. Highly recommend!!!

Great hostel. If you are someone who likes a quiet place to stay in a great location, this is for you. The kitchen is great with good ammenities (like oil and salt). We also hired bikes for $5 pp which is a great price.
