The hotel is in Central baños and only a short walk from places of interest.
The room is of ample size and the private bathroom is functional.
I feel rather sorry for the staff that their living room is also the hotel reception. Whenever I visited the reception, a few family members were relaxing there as well. I even interrupted a Disney channel style kiss between two teenagers when I entered the hotel after a walk. I suggest the hotel designate a room as the family living room and leave the reception soley as a place of business.
The kitchen could do with more pots and pans. All the pots and pans were soiled and contained leftover food items when I wished to make some porridge.

Near the bus station.
The room was smaller, and I had to go upstairs for the last floor, and my parents, who were older, also did it.
