The facility was top notch, service from the staff was amazing. Communication, skills and experience was definitely obvious from the staff from the moment we walked in.
Being our first time in Sanur. We were shocked at the distance to the main hub of Sanur initially, we got used to this and found that the restaurants and services nearby were just as amazing as the ones further away

Great staff super accommodating and knowledgeable about the property. Especially nugrah who has been with the property since it opened. Well maintained, clean.
The showers were really cold. Water pressure was a bit weak.

While the property was ok the fact that we had work men working on the roof above the open air bathroom on the first and again on the last day we were there made us feel “very” alarmed and uncomfortable,
While they provided a drink and snack as compensation on day 1 we were not able to use the toilet, bath or shower until after 6 pm. You would think that the room would be block and not booked when such things were booked in and rearranged their customers to other rooms??? . Everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager apologised but that did not change the fact that we paid for that premium room and could not use it. We could not be bothered to even complaint on our last full day when it happened again regardless of their promise that it would not happen again over our stay.
Because of all of this I would definitely not book this hotel again … location Is also not great
