Very homey environment staff made us feel so welcome pool was amazing . Room was very clean and spacious we had a junior suite. Food was lovely at breakfast and the staff were always replenishing food and keeping the buffet area clean

The hotel was in a good location, restaurants/warungs nearby and a short walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast with egg station. Pool area was nice with some pool toys available to use. Staff were lovely and the welcome for our anniversary was much appreciated.

Room size, balcony, shade and constant breeze plus lower temp in complex verses surrounding. Staff friendly and helpful. Noku restaurant, close to Curry Traders (best food & cocktail hour)!!
Gap around the front door frame letting in all the outside scooter and city noise in. Hotel upgrade noise during day (steel grinders). They don't take CC imprint on arrival so all payments are individual e.g drinks (no open tab) & coffees etc creating extra bank fees. No cash payment option... Gym is separate key pass from reception, also pool towels. Guests reserve sun loungers with towels pre breakfast when not using pool, hard to get a good spot, should be a pool rule! No swim no holds.
