Everything about the property is fantastic and exceeded my expectations! The host family is extremely welcoming and generous, my room was huge with a good fan and mosquito net, the bathroom modern with a nice shower…great lighting even, which was honestly so nice after a week of flouro lighting in all my accommodation….
Breakfast was gigantic, I couldn’t eat it all but a nice opportunity to try different Sri Lankan foods. I was especially grateful when their son explained how to eat certain things, which made for a nicer experience.
The location was stunning- on the rice fields surrounded by tried and native plants. Easy walk to town.

We had the most lovely stay at V Cabanas. Beautiful property, spacious room and beautiful surroundings! View on the beautiful ricefields. It was ideal. Very warm, kind and helpful hosts. We had also a great experience with the safari booked via the host. Highly recommend this place!

Really nice stay, rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The outside area was also lovely, overlooking rice fields and was a great place to chill after our safari. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
There is no AC (which we knew upon booking so not the hosts fault) and the fan is powerful but the room got very hot at night.
