El personal es muy amable y simpatico. El desayuno es bueno. Teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad-precio es una buena opción en Tissa, sin ser nada del otro mundo, es cómodo y la estancia fue agradable.
Como en casi todos los hoteles de Sri Lanka, el Wifi, muy lento y con muchos cortes.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting tissamaharama.

The view from the balcony.
Breakfast was poor and you pay much extra for it. It was a dry toast with a bit of honey and tiny slices of fruits. The worst we had so far. No coffee because the receptionist couldn't understand much in English.

View from common balcony. Location and Manager Madhushankar was very friendly and helpful in every matter. Madhushankar was very polite and was trying his bedt. Clean hotel lobby and room. AC and fan was good.
TV did not work. Next day hot water was turned off. Bed mattress was hard and bed was cricky. The worst was owner wanted cash even booking shows credit card excepted. No elevator, however staff were helpful carry luggage. Ants and cockroach in the room.
