Das ganze Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Auch das Bad mit großer Dusche war top. Und der tolle Garten mit Blick auf die Berge ist grandios. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hätte besser nicht sein können.
Von der Lage her kann man gut zu Fuß in den Ort Povoacao gehen oder auch an den Strand. Es ist aber alles ziemlich steil.
Für uns war alles bestens.
Nur sollte man wissen, dass es schon etwas ländlich ist, was Geräusche angeht. Es sind viele Hunde, Katzen und auch Hühner in der Nähe.
Uns hat das aber nicht gestört.

Casa da Quinta is a wonderful, spacious holiday home with a garden in a peaceful location. We stayed there for a week with our young children while exploring the eastern part of the island, and we were pleasantly surprised. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, and it is not yet as touristy as the west. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. The hosts were wonderful, kind, and very attentive. They responded immediately when we had a request and gave us such a warm welcome.
The house was even bigger than we expected. It is perfect for a family with children, although we stayed as a couple and had more than enough space. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We especially appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer, which is a great advantage in this area because of the high humidity. The beds were very comfortable, the house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the garden is simply lovely.
You can park your car right in front of the house, and the location is very convenient for exploring São Miguel Island. We chose two different accommodations during our trip - one on this side of the island and another in the northwest - to fully explore both parts of São Miguel. From this location, it was very easy to visit places like Nordeste, Furnas, and many other beautiful areas.
Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Nous avons été si bien accueilli dans cette jolie maison et nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Elle est très confortable, dotée de tout le nécessaire et même plus. Une location qui sort de l’ordinaire, à recommander !!
