We stayed for one night, to visit Assissi. It’s a lovely building outside the town, low down and the view of the San Francesco church from our room was stunning. Plenty of car parking in grounds. Comfortable room with a small bathroom - excellent aircon. Very friendly and welcoming host who lives under the guest house. Excellent home-made cakes for breakfast. 5 minute drive to Assissi where there is lots of parking.
Minor points only. We loved it. Shower a bit small. Although cakes/pastries for breakfast were excellent, could have done with a bit more savoury stuff.
