The room was great and the bed was comfy
the check in process because i had an issue with the keys (they where missing)

Decent size room, clean and comfortable enough. Check in instructions were clear.
The room was quite well insulated but still a bit of traffic noise, probably hard to get away from that in Naples. Very basic. It would be nice to at least be provided with a water glass.

Great location, close to the city and the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Staff were helpful via WhatsApp.
Very noisy due to the location, room sounded just as loud with the windows open or shut.

Proximity to Porta Nolana
A lot of noise from the street also in the night time. We could not rest unfortunatelly. Current quality of windows are very low…
