We had a very pleasant stay at Napoli Central Gate. The room and the apartment were very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is very convenient, especially if you are traveling by bus or train, as it is very close to the main bus station and within walking distance of the train station and the port area.
The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, and although early check-in was not guaranteed, they kindly made an exception for us and prepared the room earlier because of our situation. We really appreciated their understanding and flexibility.
They also provided us with a useful guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which was a nice extra touch.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and we would recommend Napoli Central Gate, especially for travelers looking for a clean place in a very convenient location near the main transportation connections.
One thing to keep in mind is that the area around the property can feel quite busy and less comfortable at night, especially after around 8 PM. However, this is more related to the surrounding area and the city itself rather than the property, and we always felt comfortable inside the accommodation.

Everything worked really well, great air conditioning, shower, bed was comfy.
Bedroom door was a bit confusing, buttons and key both unlocked it. Bit of a process to lock it. The front entrance door and the floor door all worked well though.

15 minutes bus 5 euros from airport, same taxi time 20 euros
Very close to rail and bus station

Okay for short couple of night stay, very basic, good shower, comfortable bed, warm room

Kind bus driver dropped immediately outside property

I arrived early evening, drop off my bag and out until 3 am

Had to check out10 am, but cleaners were trying to get me to leave before 9 am
Very short stay, and alone, so I am probably not the best person qualified
Owner did message me instructions with code to enter property, and another code once inside, and another to get inside the room to find keys on bedside table, there are another 3 or 4 rooms adjacent
I would recommend for short stay
Never meet any of the staff, but owner seemed very nice and helpful when messaged me
