The look and the location
The room was a bit small, the shower was almost at the size of the room.

The room and the hotel are super clean. The surroundings with the garden is nice.
The location of the hotel is fine.
The breakfast was fine, with 2 different CR meals.
There is not reception at all.
We had to go to the next hotel to get the wifi and call Tangerines Hotel to get someone to open the door so we can come in and park.
The staff was not friendly at all, and we didn’t feel they care about us. No smile, very cold welcome and interactions.

The staff was wonderful. The location is great and tucked away from the main town. We enjoyed our stay overall. The things that would prevent me from coming in the future potentially would just be how small the room was and how long the air conditioning took to cool down. However, the level of service given by the staff almost make those things feel negligible. I would consider staying again but would probably go for a larger room.

The rooms were very clean and tidy and had good air conditioning. We had good contact with the staff. Breakfasts were beautifully presented and catered to our tastes. The hotel property and gardens were very well presented and created a relaxing atmosphere.
Confusion over the booking - twin beds were listed and requested by us but were not available. We were under the impression that there was a community cooking area but this was not the case, there is only a shared fridge/freezer. We were charged extra at the facility to have access to a cooking area and an individual bed, although this was just a sofa and not a bed at all.
