Rooms are clean, and the dining area is good. The room has a mosquito net and a fan. The location is not too far from the bus stand. The price is reasonable. Recommended for budget travelers like us.
So many ants are present on the property. It is not possible to keep food for even a few hours.
There is a very bad smell in the washroom of Room No. 5 on the first floor.
The staff need to improve how they communicate with customers. They ask for full payment before showing the room. The owner does not trust customers, as if we would leave without paying.
The bathroom does not have a tap or a towel holder.
The bathroom door lock does not fit properly.

The views were beautiful and the manager was so helpful, driving me around for visits to gem mines, markets and jewellers.

The location was good and conveniently close to Ratnapura town.
The place could have been cleaner and better maintained, and the service was also below expectations.
