From the moment we arrived Ro made us feel so welcome! The breakfasts were also fantastic and the common areas were so pretty

The reception was very welcoming (thank you Ro).
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety between days.
The view from the common area was nice.
The sound insulation in the rooms was not good and I woke up a couple of times during the night due to some sounds from outside

The place is nice, the kitchen that we can use, the breakfast, calm view
The receptionist tried to sell me too many attractions that are very expansive and is not about the hotel. They say that you have to book a tour to visit but there is a shuttle discover costa rica for 9 dollars that takes you to the park. So too much pressure to book a tour.
2nd thing if you take the bedroom with shared bathroom anyone can use it and I got an infection on the second day and didn t sleep the whole night. So you have to keep a toilet for the single bed room and other people have to use another one it s not hygenic to share.
