This is my second time at this hotel and despite it not being the best with facilities, the staff are exceptional in making your stay joyful and solve any issues for you.
Next stay i would pick a normal room rather than a villa.

Lovely staff, very clean, good food, value for money, great location
In our villa there was glass and at the top of the doors up high and they needed to have blackout blinds to stop early morning light.

Location is great, many bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff very friendly.
Bathroom and toilet have no privacy, door to the toilet is glass.
Doors don’t shut properly meaning the room is filled with mosquitos at night
No full length mirror in the rooms, I can see from previous reviews this has been flagged a number of times.
It says it is adults only but on our first day there was 5+ children jumping around in the pool. Another guest mentioned she had complained about this a couple of years ago but again, they still haven’t updated their website.
