A Perfect Rural Retreat
The location was ideal for us—peaceful and quiet, set in a rural area far from the hustle and bustle. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, this villa may not be the right choice. However, if you enjoy tranquility, it’s perfect.
The villa is spacious enough for six people and beautifully maintained both inside and out. The grounds are extensive, offering plenty of space to walk around and explore. Each morning, you can pick fresh tomatoes and lemons, and the hosts kindly provided four eggs daily from their chickens.
The outdoor area is stunning, with ample room to relax. There are six sun loungers and a comfortable daybed by the pool, which is a great size for six guests and cleaned daily by the hosts. Entertainment options include board games, bat and ball, and table tennis.
The outdoor dining area is superb, with plenty of seating to enjoy meals and a glass of wine. The BBQ area is excellent—we used it several times. There’s also an outdoor toilet and shower, which became my go-to spot in the mornings.
Inside, the villa features three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The dining area is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking for six, complete with a pantry. The Wi-Fi is reliable for all guests, and you can log into Netflix, which was great for the children.
Upon arrival, the hosts had left us milk, bread, butter, water, and wine—a thoughtful touch, especially as we arrived around 9 p.m.
All in all, this is a superb villa in an excellent location with fantastic hosts. Highly recommended!

Wir haben jeden Morgen frische Eier bekommen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
W-LAN hat jedoch gut funktioniert.
Leider war der Telefonempfang etwas eingeschränkt.
Das Wasser ist an einigen Stellen etwas langsam abgelaufen (Waschbecken und Dusche).
Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage hatten wir natürlich einen etwas längeren Anfahrtsweg zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand, etc., aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört.

Die Unterkunft „C'an Boto“ bietet grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Basis: Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und die Grundausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlen keine Utensilien und auch Handtücher waren reichlich da.
Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige deutliche Mängel, die den Gesamteindruck schmälern:
Abweichungen von den Fotos: Die Inserat-Bilder entsprechen stellenweise nicht dem aktuellen Stand. Neben den Outdoor-Möbeln und dem Außenbett weicht auch das Bad von den gezeigten Fotos ab.
Sauberkeit & Organisation: Im Schrank lag teilweise benutztes Geschirr. Auch wenn im online Handbuch steht, dass Gäste ihr Geschirr spülen sollen, sollte der Vermieter die Sauberkeit vor der Ankunft neuer Gäste überprüfen.
Mängel im Haus & Elektrik: Das WLAN war sehr schwach. Die Lichtsituation in der Küche ist recht dunkel – insbesondere beim Kochfeld fehlt gutes Licht.
Unwetter & Erreichbarkeit: Bei sehr schlechtem Wetter (wie am 09.09.2026) ist der Strom mehrfach ausgefallen und es hat an mehreren Stellen ins Haus geregnet. Besonders ärgerlich: Die hinterlegte Telefonnummer war nicht korrekt und man wird lediglich auf eine andere Nummer verwiesen. Ein Vor-Ort-Termin oder Informationen zum weiteren Vorgehen wurden uns nicht mitgeteilt – hier besteht gerade bei solchen Notfällen zwingender Nachholbedarf. Sehr schade!
Service: Der Müll wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht abgeholt. Eine übersichtliche Willkommensmappe mit wichtigen Infos zur Unterkunft wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert gewesen.
