A very well run/kept Hotel/pub/restaurant with attentive management 👏 food in restaurant was superb
Nothing not to like, only downer was if weather is bad having to go outside from main building to hotel entrance at the side and smell of stale tobacco/smoke at entrance.
Could do with a light at bathroom mirror for shaving.

We only stayed one night as we were on a short trip to visit relatives. The Greyhound was an excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable and amazingly good value with a good full breakfast included in the price.
Mark, the manager, was great. He phoned the day before our arrival to warn us about nearby roadworks which could have been a bit of a problem had he not alerted us.
On arrival he also upgraded us to a suite, so the stay became even better value for money.
I can thoroughly recommend the Greyhound as an excellent place to stay when visiting Dorset. We'll definitely be back!
Nothing we didn't like

I had booked a triple room not knowing we had a separate sitting room, was lovely. All our meals we had were fantastic
The pub was the only thing in the village but did not affect us so not really a thing we didn’t like, just a note for other guests
