I like everything that’s why I return to this hotel. Great location, 7 mins walking to a beautiful beach Palmanova. Everyday cleaning and towels change. Great service and staff. Good quality for a such affordable price. I will come back for sure. Thank you!

Room was great. Wardrobe was spacious. Heating was great. Bathroom was great. Bed was ok matress with springs but not bad at all. Location is a great location 5 minutes to the beach, close to Supermarkets, free parking at 2-min walk, pharmacy and restaurants... cleaning staff was awesome: Colombia guy and Extremadura lady were amazing. All good.
Probably the only thing is the lack of a lift! Maybe... reception could have been a little more understanding when I asked about the city tax as I had 2 different amounts as a total price for accomodation on my booking page... instead of a cold "I know it's correct because I did it..." yes, perfect, not saying you did it wrong... but if a guest is trying to understand... maybe a kinder friendlier attitude (used by the other receptionist) would be much appreciated. I called Booking and sorted everything by the way. Customer service, attitude makes the difference when there's an issue to solve. This issue was balanced by the cleaning team, they were lovely.

It was easy to access, close to everything. It was very basic but clean
Zero parking- it was so difficult to find a parking in the night. If the Room had one small microwave, it would have been the best value for money

Reception staff were amizingly nice and friendly. Helpful and caring.
The hotel is very close to the beach and easily accessable coming form the airport.
Large bedroom.
There were one lady from restaurant that wasn't friendly at all, a bit rude when asked how the breakfast worked.
Breakfast options also very very limited from menu.
