Location, cleanness, the staff at the reception incredible friendly, attentive, helpful, professional.
The food at the restaurant was good but I think it needed a little more variety and even know the waitresses needed to be a bit more training in customer service, I must express that the food was good and well presented, tasty and well prepared.

All the staff was very carefully and friendly. The food was great, and the hotel is quite close to Sanctuary of Pio - you can walk around 5-10 min max.

The location is very near to sanctuary and there’s free private carpark
The room is a bit small and old, still comfortable for short stay

Staff in the reception is very nice and friendly.
Very old rooms, smell like old facilities in the corridor, the shower and towels are not good.
