Kitchen was open 24/7 and the chef is quite good. Customer service was generally great. Pillows were amazing.
There was a lot of noise due to ongoing repairs and renovations. We weren’t forewarned. Towels needed upgrade.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and helpful, and the location in Victoria Island was very convenient. I especially loved the ambience and the beautiful view from my room. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay again.

The exterior of the building looks unkept. The breakfast options were a little limited.
