Lovely house with an even more lovely host. He was very approachable and kind. We had to reschedule some of our travel plans due to extreme weather and even had the possibility of needed to evacuate the guesthouse, and the host took very good care of us, helping us reschedule and making sure we were taken care of. The house itself had everything we needed including a little balcony and quite some space. Most of the interesting parts of the city were within walking distance.
Some of the other guests were quite loud when we were trying to sleep, and they were very easy to hear

Il proprietario Octavio è sicuramente l’host più preparato, simpatico, scrupoloso ed empatico che abbia mai incontrato. Una persona che assolutamente ti migliora la permanenza in tutti i modi possibili. Eccezionale ❤️
La stanza era grande e pulitissima, tutto organizzato al meglio. I letti comodi, silenzio assoluto. Spazio per i bagagli e appendini per le giacche. Un sogno !!

Octavius couldn’t have been more welcoming - from the sake on arrival to the advice on where to eat locally. Our kids loved being able to throw ninja stars in the lobby too.
There’s only one shared shower, and when we stayed the two other guests had each booked a 40-min shower slot in the morning. Obviously not the end of the world but it’s worth booking a slot when you arrive.
